Meet Isi Aldejobi, Your Career and Salary Strategist, and Founder of Become Fulfilled

Isi Aldejobi is an empowering and inspiring woman, whose primary goal is to help other women. She started Become Fulfilled to help primarily women of color close the salary gap and live out their God-given story. She is a faith-driven Career and Salary Strategist who helps people become the best version of themselves.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your company.

I am a Nigerian American married to another Nigerian American with two beautiful girls age 2 and 3. I am a Business and Career Growth Strategist and I work primarily with black women and women of color, to help them land their dream jobs, build their dream businesses, and live fulfilling lives. I strongly believe that you can have whatever you want, you can be whoever you want to be, and you can essentially do whatever you want to do, but you need the clairy, the conviction, the strategy, and the community to help you get there. That is really the work that I do day in and day out. I work with women to help them realize their wildest dreams. The flagship program that I have, which is a 12 month career and essentially life business coaching program is called Fulfilled and then my brand is Powerful Women Make Power Moves which is all about helping women win in their careers and win in their lives.

I am a mentor who is obsessed with unleashing potential and greatness that is inside every woman. I believe that if you operate at your greatest potential, and you become a light, then you will go into every room and you will create the impact necessary. You will light up the lives of the people around you. I know there is so much good that needs to be done in this world and I know I can’t do it on my own, so I want to create an army of incredible women and help them unleash their potential, for them to then to go into every space and transform that space. If that happens on a big level, that’s how we see the world become a better place.

What caused you to decide that this was your path?

The year I got married, 2015, I had been really trying to figure out what it is I wanted to do. I am really big on seeking clarity, I think everything starts with clarity. If you know what it is you want, then it’s all about just building a plan and taking action and going after it. I actually had a moment when I was praying and I asked God “do i go full time into this business?” and He led me to do it. I had seen women of color be celebrated, but couldn’t find where the step by step plan to actually get it was. How exactly do you negotiate your salary? How do you go after the best jobs? How exactly do you build your business? I wanted to provide that step by step strategy and that is how my program was birthed. Being excited doesn’t birth dreams, taking action does.

Can you tell us about your faith journey?

My faith is everything. When I was 16, I came to really know Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I started asking God questions and spending time in prayer, and He actually responded. I developed a personal relationship with Him. From there, no one could tell me God wasn’t real. I have found that keeping Christ at the center of it all makes everything make sense and it is the monumental foundation of everything I do. Even in my programs, we talk about relationships with God. You have to know who you are and that is where you begin to have clarity about your purpose and your calling and the great things that God has deposited in you. Every woman that comes into my program, I take the time to pay for them, because I understand that God loves them more than I ever could. He has greater plans for them than I could ever see with my own eyes. It is an incredible blessing to be able to walk in the fullness of who I am in my business and then pour out what God has done for me into other women and inspire them and encourage them to move to their next level.

How does your program work?

We have a 12 month coaching program with rolling admissions, so you can come in with a cohort every month and you are good to go. Fulfilled is all about helping you uncover your purpose, land your dream job, position for promotion, and experience abundance in your five key areas. We call those areas faith, finances, mindset, friendships, and productivity. We do it in a group setting because it is so powerful to look on a Zoom screen and see women that look like you and who are going through what you are going through. We celebrate each other's wins. There is no place on the internet like Fulfilled because it’s a safe place where you are being coached to be the best version of yourself. We have trainings, where we teach you how to build a personal brand, build a resume, build a website, how to negotiate your salary, and more, step by step. One of the most powerful things that we do at Fulfilled is help women recognize their true value by finding their confidence. Once you realize how great you are, there is no stopping you. We are seeing success and salary increases because we are giving you the language, teaching you how to go for the job, and how to position yourself so that you are not a commodity, but an asset instead. Once you have these tools, you will never stop using them. You will never be underpaid once you learn to negotiate your salary. Fulfilled is not cheap, but it is completely worth it.
