About BethieLife:
Beth Muecke wasn’t born in Texas, but she got here as soon as she could! A proud mother of two, Beth discovered her love of fashion at a young age. Beth grew up in Rockford, Illinois, but got to Texas as quick as she could! With a degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a strong background in dance, Beth then graduated and moved to Houston. She is the proud mother of two grown children.
Beth has been a Houston Ballet board member for 18 years, chaired the Ball and served on the Capital Campaign Committee to build the Houston Ballet Center for Dance. She has also chaired the Junior League Ball, Cystic Fibrosis Gala, Hope Stone Gala, Depelchin Children's Center Gala, The Arthritis Foundation Gala, Women's Home Gala and the Tri-Delt Art Show for Charity. She served as President of the Guild for the March of Dimes and also for Depelchin Children's Center. Beth has been named to the Houston Chronicle Best Dressed list and as a Woman of Distinction. She danced in Houston Ballet's Dancing with the Houston Stars, which was one of her favorite things!
In 2014 she launched Bethielife.com, a fashion and lifestyle blog. Her website allows Beth to communicate directly with “the everyday woman” and share her insights on fashion, beauty, personal style, and the best things the city of Houston has to offer. She also is a fashion contributor for Houstoniamag.com. Beth discovered her love of fashion at a young age. With a strong appreciation towards all aesthetics, she’s created a style that’s entirely her own- pairing classic and eclectic, feminine and funky, and always adding a fashionable dose of global influence as a nod to her love of travel.
