She has gained extensive experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds for over a decade. LaToya intuitively takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. She skillfully leverages her ability to operate as a collaborative leader while developing effective, fit-for-purpose business development plans, marketing campaigns, and events that consistently hit the mark. She specializes in gathering market research and competitive intelligence and accurately assessing sales and marketing
opportunities.

LaToya has designed her own unique path which includes helping professionals stand out in their niche. She
gracefully embodies the possibility of the “and”... and she creatively does this through several channels. She currently serves as Co-Founder (along with her wonderful husband) & Marketing Strategist of M360 Promotional Solutions, a promotional product company located in Houston, Texas dedicated to assisting professionals in cultivating enduring relationships with their clientele through unique and custom branded ROI boosting promotional products and merchandise. In addition, this focused businesswoman is an Executive
Partner for Imperium Business Group, a strategic marketing, management, and human resources firm focused on small businesses. They pride themselves in helping brands develop strategic marketing partnerships and build stronger relationships with women.

 

Always striving to learn, grow, and better serve others, she is also an MBA candidate and will receive her Masters in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance in2018. She serves at the board level or in a leadership capacity in several non-profit organizations and is passionate about community engagement and advocacy.

 

When LaToya is not busy dominating the world of empowering women, girls, and other entrepreneurs, she enjoys reading, traveling, running outdoors, and going on the occasional shopping excursion. Nothing means more to her however than her family, so the proud mother and happy wife loves spending quality time with her two beautiful daughters (ages 10 and 12) and with her supportive and loving husband.
